About me My interest in life coaching began in 2004 after completing the first term of Counselling and Psychotherapy course at Regent’s College. It occurred to me then that where Counselling relies heavily on psychological theories to diagnose and treat patients, coaching empowers clients to use their own inner resources to tackle obstacles. Because in coaching, there are no illnesses to diagnose – clients are whole and healthy. From where I was standing, it seemed to be more holistic and in line with the 21st century mindset; which I found greatly appealing.
Coaching is indeed a fulfilling profession - both for coach and client. In coaching, everyone is a winner. Down shifters
Adult ‘gap’ year
Redundant employees
Mums returning to work

Mature students re-entering the world of work
